Playomic UG (limited liability) (the responsible body in the sense of the data protection legislation) collects, processes and uses personal data for the purposes of providing contractual services for its partners (users), billing services and for advertising purposes. The collection, processing and use of all personal data relating to partners is carried out for the purposes of creating, executing or terminating contractual relationships between Playomic UG (limited liability) and its partners on the basis of the Data Protection Law (BDSG), the Telemedia Law (TMG) and, if applicable, other mandatory statutory regulations or on the basis of the consent provided by the partner concerned.
All the private individuals affected by the collection, processing or use of personal data are entitled at any time to demand the provision of information about the data stored relating to them, the purpose for which the data are stored and, if applicable, the origin and recipients of the data. This information will be provided free of charge for the person concerned. The right to demand that the data be corrected, deleted or blocked (§ 35 of the BDSG) will not be affected. Unfortunately we are unable to respond to requests for information made by telephone since we are unable to verify the identity of the requestor.
Personal data relating to our partners will only be disclosed to third parties with the express consent of the partner concerned. This shall not include the disclosure of the data to service partners of Playomic UG (limited liability) if and in as far as this is required to fulfil our contractual duties to our partners. In individual cases your data may also be disclosed as part of the statutory duties of Playomic UG (limited liability). Subject to your consent, your person-related data shall be stored, processed and used by Playomic UG for sending e-mail advertising for browser games (products and services). You may revoke your consent for this at any time in writing (e.g. per e-mail) without costs being incurred, apart from the costs for sending the revocation (at the basic rates). In every piece of information and in every newsletter sent by Playomic UG, you will be given the option of rejecting the receipt of further information and sending a respective cancellation.
